“I’m 29 years old and female, I’ve had fibromyalgia for years. This helps my body aches immensely including atmospheric pressure changes causing inflammation and making my bones feel like they’re aching. This helps soothe my depression and anxiety and helps me fall asleep faster before bed. One time I fell asleep naked under it and woke up at 12am cause the timer went off already and it was such a deep sleep I thought I was still awake during the whole thing because I was dreaming so intensely but I woke up in the dark and was like what the heck happened. It’s just amazing. It was hard to set up the lights on the stand by myself because of how heavy they are but I managed after struggling my butt off to get it at the perfect notch for my overly tall bed. The stand helps immensely so I can just lay down and turn over whenever I want. I got only two large panels because I’m 5 ft 6 inches and fit perfectly under the length of both 900 lights. I’m thin so it’s easy to get coverage for me. If I wasn’t thin though I’d still just stick with two panels and stay longer under it. It’s easy to watch movies on my phone or listen to music or podcasts while laying under there so its not a big deal if I have to spend a lot of time under it because it just feels like I’m at the spa. 100/10 would recommend if you suffer from any of these things. It makes my skin feel better too.
