“I love my 8th Gen Biomax 900 panel. It's one of the most cost effecive in light output per $ and feels so good after my cold plunge and the lights are so powerful they help warm me up. I have it mounted on a bathroom wall and after my morning cold plunge I do a 12 minute timed session while I do ankle and balance flexibility on my ankle flexibility wobble board so doing three therapies at once, recovering from my cold plunge, getting LED therapy and doing ankle flexibility and whole body balance.
