“We've only had the product a week and I'm doing a lot of adjunct support, doubling down on stretching, anti-inflammatory eating, etc., so I can't say for sure what all is kicking in. But... the pain is subsiding and it was becoming frighteningly close to debilitating. The warmth is soothing and the light seems to be helping. My only objection is having to buy the better remote separately. High end products should include the high end accessories. Period. We bought the stand and use our massage table with the light. That is a relaxing set up and we would recommend it to anyone planning to use the light regularly. So far we consider this a worthwhile investment. The four stars reflects the remote control issue.”

“Delivered via UPS. Arrived on time. Outer box solid. Inner box (packaging) felt a bit weak and fear that unit would fall out when pulling on the grab handle. That inner box should be more robust. The unit itself packaged well, no missing parts. Solid construction. Remote frels good in hand. Not cheap- but simple. Oled panel is crisp and great off to the side and not on the face of panel (easy too see). Been in ise for nearly 2 weeks. Already better sleep, and a sense of greater ease in my body. I plan to get three more with a stand over the next year (unless shtf). Good health to you all. Biggest downside I see is the restock fee if you return. I have no regrets- we’ll see about how easy a warranty claim goes. Hopefully I’ll not have to find out!”
