“I had a tiny paper-sized LED light for years and decided to upgrade based on all of the great reviews. That little LED light made me feel awesome, so I thought - the bigger the better! To be fair I have not gone through all the tech specs/programming options/etc but if you just turn the thing ON as-is, you feel like a baked potato in the oven. My hubby took a comical photo that I will share here for fun. My skin stayed warm for 30 minutes afterwards.
