“The red light panel itself works great and delivers results, but the protective goggles are terrible. They don’t block the red light around the edges at all, so I constantly have to use my fingers to cover the sides just to protect my eyes — not exactly convenient. For the price of this product, the goggles should be much better. It’d be great if the company would make goggles that fully block the light and offered different sizes to fit different eye and face shapes.
Also, the instructions for using the custom panel settings need to be a lot clearer. It’s confusing figuring out how to properly use the Red, NIR, and Blue light modes for different treatments. Customers shouldn’t have to reach out to support just to understand basic usage — it should be easy to follow right out of the box.
Overall, the product itself works well, but the goggles and setup instructions definitely need improvement.”
