“I have ordered the biomax pro ultra red light panel on the 2nd of September this year 2025 and after making the payment I received a tracking number to track my order. I followed it every time they send me a notification and it arrived from somewhere in Germany to some where in Madrid but they should deliver it to Barcelona where I am from and with the address provided for barcelona. But it stayed there all the time without delivering it to me. After 2 weeks I've received a notification saying that my panel was already delivered successfully... omg I didn't receive anything and the tracking number were showing that it was in madrid still. I got in contact with Platinum to solve the problem and they take long time to answer and the answer was that they have received a notification from DHL saying that they delivered the panel correctly and that's what the know... Then I had to send more and more email to let them know that I haven't received anything yet and please give me my money back if your not willing to deliver... now I'm still waiting for them to find out if DHL has delivered it to me or not... unbelievable... I'm still waiting for the panel... I have payed 1651,61€ plus insurance of delivery 47,25€ and I'm still waiting for them to solve this problem and deliver the panel or give me back the money... it is frustrating and I'm starting to think that this company is a scam. Think about it twice if you are somewhere in Europe and want to buy anything from them. I payed and still didn't receive anything”
“operate a wellness business in Alberta Canada and purchased pro ultra 900 panels and the motorized stand. We purchased this as a trial unit in hopes it would meet and exceed our expectations , so we could put a couple of these set ups in all of our clinics.
First and foremost lest address the shipping all 3 items were sent separately and all 3 delivered by different ups trucks at different times. The company response was this is not their doing and the fault of the shipper which they don’t take responsibility for
We have extensively tested this set up in a commercial wellness clinic for the last 8 days since receiving. We have run over 50 treatments in this time and these are the top issues we are experiencing so far.
Next once the units were set up and placed on the motorized stand. The instructions were followed but are not clear as to any safety mechanisms of the lift. Should the lift come in contact with something it briefly lifts 2cm before continuing to lower the full weight of the pannel on the user then continues to drop the stand, which causes it to take sometime to lift it back off the client it was lowered on top of. I will state the companies response was there is a safety built in that allows to to reprogram 3 set height levels. The down arrow will still allow the lift to fully lower without stopping. The remote buttons for the stand sometimes need to be pressed 3/4 times for the function to actually engage or stop. The panel brackets on the bar of the stand don’t allow you to place 4 screws it only allows securement with 2 screws where 4 are required. The panels do not feel securely attached and wiggle if bumped and sometimes when lowering.
Next onto the actual panels.
The boxes were dented a torn, leading me to beleive these are not shipped with care. Be advised the additional shipping insurance only covers should the item be delivered to the wrong address. Stand are also not returnable what so ever so be aware their are safety issues. I would not recommend at all for commercial use unless you want a law suit.
Onto the pannels themself , The app remote available does not connect to ultra panels and does not work.
The pannels only have a 20 min timer you cannot change this. Most people need to start under this unit at 5-10 mins it would be nice if you could preset any time of your choosing and also receive a half way timer to flip. Instead having only a 20 minute min timer is another safety issue I would like to highlight.
When 2 or more panels are connected together the remote operates both panels, the down side is the timers on each panel are slightly off so the panels turn off within 4-6 seconds of each other not at the same time. Same with needing to turn the panels off before the 20 mins is complete frequently the remote only turns on of them off, then trying to get the second one off then turns on the first one etc.”

“This light really helps with my Osteoarthritic hip. Just make sure to use it on the highpower setting which is 0. The manual has it mistakenly labeled as 1 being high power.”

It has a lot more lights on this model than my old one, and a lot more options on how you want to use it. I'm very happy with my purchase. I mainly use my lights for aging skin.
