“I have shoulder, hip and knee problems and have used the Platinum Biomax lights to help these areas heal. I purchased the 450+900 lights for my florida home last year and found them to help with my pain and mobility. I set up a station on a wall in my bedroom with the 450 light on the bottom sp that if I just wanted to do my feet and knees I can simply sit in a chair to attack those specific areas without turning on the upper light. I have set up resistance bands on the ceiling above my light station and can use them while I am absorbing the light waves to get an upper body workout along with my light therapy. I do 10 minutes of exposure on each side of my body (4sides) and can get about 300 reps with the resistance bands per side. Between sides I do a five minute workout on my bicycle machine which is right next to my light segt up. When I have completed the four sides of exposure my joints feel loose as a goose and I don't have any pain. However the next morning the pain returns and I nmust start all over. My hope is that over time the light therapy will eliminate the problem completely.
I bought another Biomax 450 + 900 for my home in the Chicago area and am in the process of setting up a similar station to the one I have in Florida. I'll be here until late October when I will go back down to Florida.”
