“I am not wild about the stand. I would have preferred to have purchased the automatic stand. But I felt it was prohibitively expensive. If you are using this on carpet beware it won't glide easily. I feel it is flimsy and I would have loved the option to have it lift automatically so I could get in and under the light much more easily. BUT I must say, I do like being able to stay under the light without having to stand for 20 minutes and then flip for another 20. It allows me to listen to my audiobook and relax as well. Like all things, there are trade-offs.”
