The red light is awesome, we feel it gets our entire bodies (5'4" and 5'7") from head to toe with concentrated red light, and the horizontal stand means we get to take a warm little nap while we use it :) The cats love it too!! They cuddle up next to you (even the non-cuddler) whenever we use it.”
