“I purchased the shipping protection because the red light panel is a high-ticket item, and I didn’t want to take any chances with loss or damage during delivery. While I understand the peace of mind it’s meant to provide, the box arrived very well-packaged and in perfect condition—so in hindsight, it felt a bit like a waste of money.
For an item in this price range, I believe tracking and protection should already be included without having to pay extra. It feels like it should be part of the standard service, not an add-on. I probably wouldn’t purchase the protection again unless it was truly necessary”
