“The backbone one will make you wonder how you ever played mobile games on your iPhone before having one. This product feels as if apple themselves designed a controller, it’s sleek and feels great in hand. Since buying it I’ve used it every single day, that’s no exaggeration - I take this thing to work for quick gaming sessions during breaks and it’s a boredom killer! I can’t say there haven’t been any downsides though, after about 7 months my L2 button stopped working. The customer support however was great, the warranty replacement process was very easy and they took care of me with a brand new unit. I am hoping that was just a fluke but to be honest the device is so good I just can’t dock it a point for this issue. Beyond the hardware itself the software support the team has added in the form of their app is top notch. Easily sharing videos and screenshots, the clean dashboard Ui where you can jump into your games and the community/social integrations give your mobile gaming a console equivalent feel. If you are on the fence about this kind of device just ask yourself if you have at least one game with controller support that you enjoy. If the answer to that question is yes, do yourself a favor and get a backbone! A touch screen cannot compete.”

“It's pretty slick. For $100 it costs enough, but the latency is immediate (no lag) and it is high quality materials/controller buttons and such, and it hooks up quickly. I think it should cost around $70, but since you are getting a couple of give-aways (x-box live and discord) it's probably well priced. Also it is just plug-and-play, not any setup and that's definitely worth something.”
