“I initially LOVED Plexaderm. I still believe in the product. However, I wonder, does it ever cease to work? I feel like my last order doesn't do the job that the product had previously done in reducing my under eye bags. Just wondering if I should try something different?”

“It works, but it leaves a dry crust on the area under my eyes. If I use less it is not as effective.”

“This product dries up and leaves a white crusty film, it's awful. I followed the application directions. It's too bad, because it works. I will not be buying again.”

A helpful tip that may reduce residue is to apply a very thin, even layer and allow the serum to dry completely (about 10 minutes) Using more product than needed can sometimes contribute to a visible film.
