I’m sorry to hear that your most recent purchase of the Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum hasn’t delivered the same results you’ve come to expect. We understand how frustrating it can be, especially when you’ve previously had a positive experience. The residue you’re noticing can sometimes be caused by factors like application amount, skin preparation, or even slight formulation or environmental differences (such as humidity or additional skincare products used). That said, we’d really like to take a closer look at your specific situation. If possible, please give our customer experience team a call at 1-800-681-0366 to share a bit more detail about how you’ve been applying Plexaderm recently, as well as if you've been using any other products along with it. Of course, if the product may be defective or not performing as expected, we’d be happy to make this right. In the meantime, here's a few tips when it comes to applying Plexaderm. Using a very small amount (about a half of a pea), applying it to clean, dry skin, and avoiding oil-based products. When applying the serum, it should be spread out thin and evenly and allow 10 minutes to fully set with minimal facials expressions. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to helping you get back to the results you love!

“It works, but it is not a 100% removal of under-eye-bags, but it does make them less noticable, which is a real help..”

“I am very upset with the product right now. once I put it on, it shows white flakey stuff under my eyes. I have tried several different sizes of application of the product to no avail. I loved the product in the past , now I can say it is very irritating that I can not just put it on for the "look" of less puffy eyes. Due to the "flakiness" I do not see a difference in the bags under my eyes”

Tips to try: - Use a very small amount (about a half-pea size) in a thin, even layer. - Make sure the skin is clean and completely dry before application. - Wait about 10 minutes for the serum to dry/bond before applying any makeup or other products. - If you notice flaking, reduce the amount further and consider applying in a lighter, more even layer. - Avoid rubbing or pulling the skin.
