“I wish I had known about this product long before I did. My face was burned right underneath my eyes and the skin of that area is very thin to begin with. Now overtime as we age the skin gets even thinner and I have almost you could call it rolls of skin under my eyes. I would be lost without this product. You have to be patient on the timing for it to dry completely. The only downfall that I have with it is that you cannot put makeup over it whether it's a cream or powder as it makes it look cracked and dried. I wish there was a way that the product can be made to tolerate any type of foundation over top of it after it dries. Also, I would love to see the product be made in different shades. The reason I say that is, when my face was burned the area under my eyes were left several shades lighter and if the product was tinted I could alleviate looking like a clown with much lighter skin under my eyes. Please consider revamping the ability to put foundation on regardless if it's a cream or powder to apply over top of it. However, I think the best solution would be to make the product itself Tented so those of us you have hypopigmentation can go out the house without looking like a clown. I highly and I mean highly recommend this product to anyone and everyone. It doesn't matter if you have tough areas such as I do or people who have lost a lot of weight and have excessive skin below their eyes. The product is very expensive in addition to more than likely no guarantee than any surgical procedure is going to work since it is such a sensitive area with skin being so thin to begin with. I don't have any photos to attach because there was a time I would not leave my home due to the areas affected by my face being burned. Now that I have found this product I go my way every day even though I'm still uncomfortable with the fact that the burning area is a much lighter color than the rest of my natural skin. So, please and I guess you can say I'm begging to revamp the chemical process and make this product tinted shades. Again, I cannot go without this. There are a lot of other companies trying to duplicate this product and I have tried them because of financial reasons and there's just no comparison. I've even bought them when they say they are produced by this doctor or that doctor And if it works it might last an hour. Yes, I think the price could be a lot less expensive especially for someone as myself being on a very very tight income with only having Social Security coming in. But, I will do what's necessary to make sure I have the product on hand. I think when you buy two or more that the price could be a great deal cheaper than what it currently is. I think I'm paying around $120 for three tubes. You can also increase the amount in each two and keep the same price. Knowing that your product works and there are people out here such as myself who need it and depend on a daily would greatly appreciate any financial discounts available. Perhaps, you could do a rewards program after buying so many tubes you get so many free. There are lots of ways that you can continue to keep your customer satisfied not only financially but also with the colors. Please don't ever stop making Plexaderm. Thanks, D.Owens”

“This product I can say with complete honesty. Is one of the few products on TV that works. It eliminates the appearance of my 3D eyebags I've struggled with for years. It's a great product, that gives me the resuts I need. They struggled at first with dispensors , but now have a tube that works great.”

“Burns after applying after 3 days in a row. Use amount recommended or less . Wash every night and oil free moisturizer applied.only use for eye bags only. What am I doin wrong?”
