“I really like this product however find it challenging to use with make up. I allow the product to dry before applying my makeup however , I find it gets crusty and crunchy; especially under my eyes . Would love to know how to prevent this. Not applying cover up is not an option”

We appreciate your honesty about finding it challenging to use with makeup. We understand it can be frustrating when the product dries and becomes crusty and crunchy, especially under the eyes. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over-tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller-sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. When using additional cosmetics with Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum, water-based products work best. Try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. We hope these tips will help you achieve the desired results without any interference from your makeup.
