“The panel took longer than expected to arrive and there was a dent in the stainless steel side. One of the spray squares would not align and remains further recessed and less centralised than the other three. It may have been pushed in transit. The surround plate keeps falling off. We fitted the unit as the plumber had been booked and the old shower removed prior to the delivery. We could not manage without a shower for the time it would take to exchange the unit so it was installed. We would have preferred to return it for exchange. The product appears a little flimsy but looks good and works well. Sending again as no-one from Flush Bathrooms has responded to my concerns. Will contact credit card bank.”
