I tried to buy a bath tub with Flush with lots of questions and queries regarding specifications etc and find myself holding on for a long time. Also the bath I bought was different to my old one where I could bath and shower without water spilling at the side. So I realise the bath I bought is only for having a bath, which is rather disappointing as we do enjoy our showers too. I was also annoyed with their online advertising for Premier Freeflow bath filler e316 to go with Premier bath tub as end of checkout I selected my bath and then the freeflow assuming it's a package for buying the bath tub. Sadly, I get an email from customer service saying they made an error with the price and charged an extra £65 ish or more I can't remember. What happened to Customers are always right and what price have been given and put through to checkout and paid should be honoured but not with Flush! I have included a picture of the price I saw showing £0.00 It has left me rather upset with the way things were managed. And I still two or three months later having works done to Bath Tub due to water drips.
