“I received radiators from flush and stored them safely to ensure they did not get damaged. When I opened the box both radiators had dents and when I looked at the box it was obvious that this box had been taped back together before it was sent to me. As it was over 14 days they did not want to resolve the issue and did not want to send missing parts. Spent a large amount of money on trendy radiators to add character to my house and will now have two damaged ones hanging on the wall. Will not be using this company in future and not impressed with level of customer service.”
