“The tap looks to be good quality, but I could not fit it because the shape and dimensions are such that the bottom of the spray head is almost below the level of the kitchen sink when in place. This makes it totally impractical to use and I have not installed it. Unfortunately wasted money. The riser needs to be taller or the cross bar set higher so that the tap sits higher from the sink.”

“Tap pretty good quality. 1st one we had turned faulty but cannot fault the company in the slightest. Within days of reporting the fault we had a new one delivered and they then arranged collection of the old one. Product is good quality, customer service was top notch.”

“The tap is really sturdily built and looks great and also looks much more expensive than it really is. The first one needed to be replaced after a couple of weeks due to a fault but fingers crossed that was a one off. Other than that I'm really pleased with my purchase.”

“This tap is absolutely fantastic! You have the quick burst of water via the tap side (to fill the kettle or saucepan.) Then the cleaning spray side, washing off plates, cleaning the sink. The only slight downside is that the pan filler is quite short - which means it doesn't come out far enough into the centre of the sink. I have a double sink & both taps swing to either side. It is extremely good value & seems to be very good quality.”
