“I'm well placed to review this shower seat, as I've bought 2 over a period of 8 years. It's essentially a well made, good strong seat, but eventually (after 8 years), the wood tends to rot slightly - in our case, one of the 4 slats rotted around its screw fixing. I therefore bought an identical seat in order to use the same fixing holes in our wetroom. The replacement worked OK eventually, but I had to use a grinder to remove the old fixings - I believe they're aluminium, and they had corroded slightly, making it impossible to remove screws. I'm generally happy with the shower seat, but bear in mind that it has a life.”

“The components arrived securely packed. The installation template is spot on but the assembly drawing needed a little interpretation as to which was the left hand bracket and which the right. However installation was easy and the seat is everything I could have wanted. Value for money.”
