“This unit was also well packaged to ensure damage free delivery. The unit itself looks good and is a very solid piece of furniture. Sadly the laundry basket was loose when we opened the door. the screws for the basket clips had not been tightened up fully and during transport the basket had shaken loose. In fixing this we noticed that each clip needed two screws. Only two were supplied instead of four. Then we discovered that there were only two screw holes, one each per clip??? Finally we then noticed that the two screw holes were not opposite each other - one was at a position suitable to fasten the top hole in the clip, and the other in a position to take the bottom hole in the other clip. This is strange but if intended by the manufacturer it would have been useful to have acomment to that effect in the instruction sheet.”
