“The cabinet is lovely but I wasnt happy with the pallet and the lengths of wood attached to the sides of the which the driver left me with. I eventually got it out of the packaging outside on the pavement and my 15 year old son helped me carry it upstairs to the bathroom. It was an awful blustery day as well. We had to smash the wood to get it in my car to take to the recycling centre. My back light got smashed in the process which I had to replace so I wont be ordereing anything else. Im very disappointed as all my other bathroom items from other companies werent left outside and were packed in boxes the way they should be.”

“Disappointed to be honest ! The item was delivered without any one from Flush bathrooms making contact! Secondly..the item was badly damaged , although it was actually damaged inside the box(Which , externally was not damaged at all??) Was it Damaged before being packaged ...I would think so! Again..The pass sticker for approval on build quality becomes a joke! Disappointed with Flush bathrooms for not being 'On top of their game' to be honest. Would I buy again? Not until they improve”
