“I chose flush bathrooms over 3 other websites I visited , staff were helpful and polite . Although the web did not display the matching sink to a base unit I looked at it was sourced by your staff after a phone call to manufacturer. I did though have a problem with my contact numbers on my order which I explained to staff and it was corrected only problem was when the order went to the courier the incorrect contact number was supplied to them so they could not contact me to arrange delivery I was then given their number so I could arrange for delivery myself ,hopefully it will be with me on Friday as planned You products weren't the cheapest online but your web was slightly easier to follow”

“Unfortunately the item l ordered form the website was no longer available which was annoying but they did inform me within 2 days and offered me the choice of waiting for more stock or cancelling order. I chose to wait as l wanted the particular tap but still waiting!”
