“I chose to purchase a new garbage disposal because of cost of service call. I had this disposal 15 years only 1 service call. So when it stopped working not making a sound I knew it was gone. I told my Warranty Company I wanted it replaced and they were insisting I have a service call first and they could not confirm when someone would be out until I paid the fee. The fee was more than the cost of the disposal.”
