“For the low price, I am overall happy I found this product. Prior to installing this, our softener would wake me up at night when it was running a cycle - with a loud bang. This makes it completely silent. It is amazing how good it works. It lasted 2 years and 3 months after installing. But for $25-$30 , well worth having! The Valve Body broke due to poor sealing, but noise reduction is excellent. Would be better with stronger bonding.”
