“The seat itself was fine, but upon opening the package the hardware was loose because the bag had been ripped open. There was even a printed out return slip inside the box. I thought I was buying a new item, not a used or open box returned item. That's a little shady Pumbing supply .It was easy to install, because I reused the old hardware. The seat itself seems fine (after a thorough cleaning).”

“Toilet seats work ok. Ordered two to replace original "church " seats that snapped along the ring. These are tight fitting on the original church lock mounts and do not have "church" name on the underside of the seat ring like my original seats had. Time will tell if they hold up.”

“Other than the color match, it is a solid toilet seat that is easy to install and is comfortable. “Biscuit/linen” is lighter and yellower than “bisque”. Church brand use to make a color that matched “bisque” exactly. I’ve been told “bisque” has been discontinued.?”
