“The product was the exact same as my existing one but the tooling provided did not fit. Very disappointing that the care and time was given during the picking of product to ensure it was the correct tooling. The toilet seat looks exactly like the old one. Will reorder another replace but hope to receive the correct size tooling to fit.”
“The seat is strong and sturdy. Removal is easy for cleaning and the hinges snap on tightly. The fit is perfect. As far as durability, they seem to last a while. My previous seat was the same brand and it lasted me over 5 years. Make sure you don't use any harsh products to clean since the paint can be easily damaged (reason I replaced my previous ones). Thats the only reason I took 1 start.”
“First, this is a well made, solid toilet seat. But I had trouble figuring out the process of installing.Once I realized that the “lock and unlock plates” didn’t need removed, it was easy and actually a good design. I still requested an instruction sheet which is exactly correct. So I have posted it.All you have to do is first replace the old bolt and screw with the new ones. (Bolt is located under toilet frame.) Tighten the screws and then place seat so that the 2 hinges cover the screws, making sure the hinges are in the unlocked position, and snap into place, then lock the hinges.No need to do any aligning.”
