“We have a waterless urinal at our observatory. Recently I took over the maintenance of the restrooms and had to replace the Urinal Cartridge. The one I ordered came with a disposable metal wrench. I decided to order a wrench with a longer shaft for better torque when removing. Replacement can be a bit difficult if the cartridge has been in place for a long time..(long being well over a year). I would suggest lightly tapping the wrench with a small hammer to loosen the cartridge. Buy your own disposable rubber gloves since the ones supplied are cheap and tear very, very easily. Follow the directions and I would strongly suggest watching installation videos from YouTube if you've never done this before.”
