Very clean and nice modern look. After using 6 months, I had to clean the rubber, where water comes out, with tooth brush. But, it's still clean look and looks like brand new.

Need to make more flow go through this head. I have great water pressure but this is just too gentle.

Way better than I expected. My wife has been bugging me for a long time to get a rain-type shower head but I resisted getting one because the spray was so weak on every one I saw/used. When I saw the overwhelmingly positive reviews I decided to get this one and surprise her with it. She thinks its fantastic but I am probably more surprised by how great it really is. (removed the restrictor, but don't feel like you have to. I think most would find it acceptable as is).Note: The head won't tip to a total complete horizontal position when connected to a standard shower fitting (maybe to 30 degrees tilt) which is OK, but if you want it completely horizontal or as pictured here you will need a gooseneck shower arm. I have since ordered the Moen shower-arm and will let you know how that works out.

Love the fact that you can go from rain shower to regular shower. If you don’t have city water make sure you take out the restrictor. Our contractor said is doesn’t work right if you take it out. Poppy cock! We did and all is well. Also the water is cooler in rain shower mode. There are no children in our house so we have water heater at max and it’s perfect. The head is constructed very well.

My wife and I have a small walk-in shower and we were tired of the shower head directing the water towards the shower door. Every time we turned on the shower, we had to quickly shut the door so water wouldn't splash onto the bathroom floor. So we decided to buy this Moen shower head and the Moen extension shower arm (Moen S113 Waterhill 14-Inch Replacement Extension Curved Shower Arm) so that the water would spray directly down. Great decision. We should have done this long ago. Not only does the water no longer splash against the door, but the rainfall effect feels great. We love it. One suggestion: consider taking out the flow restrictor. It'll give you a little more force.

The heavier shower spray option was ok but not quite strong enough. My shower pressure is not great. So I removed the plastic aerator/flow regulator, which was very easy, and now the pressure is fine. I recommend doing this, for a very expensive shower head.

I like the look. The volume of the rain shower if sufficient but not awesome. It drips about 5-10 minutes after use for about 10 seconds. Just after I squeegee the shower :-)

The gold version of these Moen products is more like a dark/burnt caramel...
