“This is our second april air filter system. We had a model 202 and upgrated to this one when we replaced our last AC unit. These filters are rated for up to one year use. We have pets and change ours every 6 months. Because it's a pleated design, there is probably about 20-30 feet of filter medium, which makes our AC unit run without a lot of airflow restriction. We were changing out once a year, but switched to every six months when we added pets. At six months the filters really don't look dirty at all. noticeably less buildup on our AC coils. very happy!”
