“I installed in my unfinished basement.Installation done as per manuals. Tech support contact and they provided assisted troubleshooting, but could not solve the problem.The humidity measured by the controller is 10% off from a reference humidstat that I placed inside return duck for verification. The functiining is good overall, but expect to not be able to maintain the humidity at desired level... I set at 45% but it keeps at 35%.”
