“I found out my toilet was a 2” flush valve. I’m not very handy. I purchased a 2” flush valve kit from a local Harvard store. Same brand. But it didn’t come with the same nuts and bolts as this kit. So I was able to use the seals and screws from this kit to fix my toilet. My toilet is 17”. I’m short. So I want to do anything to save this toilet. Great product. Fast shipping.”
“Instructions say “DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN,” but I had to tighten the 3” nut more than hand-tight to stop leaking. Support line was helpful. Needs clearer instructions. A lot of extra work for something that could’ve been avoided.”
