“One star off for sending me a previously opened box. Major flush components were in the box. However, the plastic bag containing the bolts/metal washers/rubber washers was opened and missing a few washers. These are the bolts that connect the tank to the bowl. Thankfully I could re-use the old ones. Delivery of open box aside, the system in itself was top notch. It had an easy to adjust water volume feature which I found very useful.”
