“Good replacement for existing well system PRV. Old one had failed. This one works well so far. Will need to clean strainer regularly. -1 star due to high cost; rebuild kit was 2/3 the price of new valve.”
“If your municipally-supplied water is over 100 psi, you need to reduce that pressure or your appliances will fail prematurely. I live at the lowest part of town, the pressure exceeded 120 psi. I was replacing water heaters about one every five years, washing machine and garden hoses were constantly having to be replaced... There are cheaper units, but this one is made in America and is of very high quality.”
