“It took me about a half hour to install as I was very careful. I did it by myself. If you have painful fingers or weak arms it's better to have 2 people to snap the final ring on and hold the disposal at the same time.It's pretty quiet as you run the water while it is on and it chops up food rather efficiently. It's at a good price point. Had a 5 year warranty (which is really good for disposals) and was well worth the money.You cannot go wrong with this one.”
“I have put in several garbage disposals in my time. Like many of you, we can do it in about 10 minutes. HOWEVER, for some reason they put a plastic stopper in the dishwasher drain. I did not realize this until my dishwasher started leaking. You need something round and a hammer to knock the thing out. The only reason I can think they have this is if someone buys it without a dishwasher. Although I don't know why you would buy a garbage disposal with a dishwasher drain without a dishwasher. Other than that, it is quiet and takes up very little space.”
