“This thermal/pressure water heater relief valve was purchased less than a year ago and installed about six months ago. The seal apparently broke down yesterday with neither extremely hot or high pressure water. The leakage was substantial. How do we submit for replacement under "One Year Limited" warranty.”
“The L100XL is supposedly discontinued due to lead content. I had a hard time finding the replacement that the manufacturer suggested. Either the shipping time was way too long, or I thought the price was too high. So I looked for an alternative and found this. Dimensions matched, though this one was 1/2" shorter. I managed to make it work. Works great compared to old one which was leaking. Fast shipping, good price.”
