“The Valve needed a special socket to install. It is available at most hardware stores. I own one as I am a installer. It would be needed for a DIY install.”
“Received SL100XL instead of L100XL (which is pictured and described). The SL100XL is 1/2in shorter. The body of SL100XL measures 3 3/4in instead of 4 1/4in. Too short for my heater.”
