“Pretty hard to push back into pipe. Had to clean pipe of all debris and used a wrench to assist pushing it all the way in. Rubber pieces on the side need to be more secured. Came off while replacing old cartridge.”
“Really good for OEM part. Removal was bit hard, had to use cartridge removal tool. But installation was as easy as eating a piece of cake. Solved my problem as well.”
“Product was exactly as described and worked well; however, the tube of grease included with the cartridge was empty when I opened the packaging. It appears it somehow leaked out of the tube.”
“Works OK, but in the box the small plastic bag which suppose to have some oil to use on the cartridge rubber before installation, had no oil at all. The plastic bag was sealed but no oil inside.”
“One offering that is no longer sold went fine, the other leaked and was clearly incorrectly molded, cheaper rubber valve tabs that actually jammed in the valve opening taking a chunk out of it. The Moen original works flawlessly. Not worth wasting time on the cheap ones. (cheap on the left, Moen on the right)”
