“This is my second device for an additional bathroom built in the condominium. First one worked 6 years.Because it was not possible to reach pipes under the floor I have found this option 6 years ago. It is not cheep -around $1,600 with installation but very convenient and sometimes - is the only option. It is silent, reliable and convenient. Would recommend for specific situations.”
“This is quieter than the one it replaces. I have no idea how old the one before was, at least 7 years old and the same brand. The replacement was easy, as easy as dealing with sewage can be. I had to reuse fittings from the old unit since the ones it came with were not the right sizes—no big deal. So far so good; hopefully, it lasts.”
“I replaced a ten year old model with this one. Everything pretty much fit the same as the the old one. Took about 45 minutes to make the change. This is installed at my cabin and is in the basement. The main sewer pipe is in the overhead and not in the basement floor. It has served the purpose for ten years. Hoping this one lasts as long.”
“I have two of these installed and they are unique and incredibly useful for adding bathrooms and showers etc where it is difficult to add waste lines. That being said, both pumps failed, one with minimal use at around 5 years and one with moderate use at 6 years and I needed to replace them both in an emergency since you don't know if it is not going to work until the waste water starts overflowing...The new units are quieter and pretty well designed.”
