“We really like the podium. Customer service was not the greatest. We ordered this podium with a $95 extra shelf. Shelf was not included. I called customer service and was told the shelf was $95 extra (shelf was paid for and noted on receipt). I was told to take a picture and send it in and was told we could get a $95 refund or they could send us a used shelf. Received an email confirming this. I replied that we did not want to spend $95 on a "used" shelf and to refund our account. They did with a note that said, the shelf was new. not use. Again, we love the podium, just questions about customer service.”

Thank you for the review. You did order it with a shelf and our production team, did not include the shelf that was ordered. We did offer to send you a new (not used) shelf, as our e-mails stated or a refund. You preferred a refund, which we did promptly. I am glad that you love the podium and hope you will enjoy it for many years. I apologize for the mistake that was done by our production team, but glad that we could to a satisfactory conclusion.
