“These jammed my machine several times and my machine just doesn't work the same. I really wanted to go to a more sustainable pod but not at the cost of breaking my machine. Defeats the purpose.”
“Still learning on packing the pods to get the right brew but it’s been good so far! Wish I bought 4 as it’s advisable to use 2 per brew. Very easy to clean - empty the grounds and rinse the pods!”
“If a business elects to operate in the online market place and doesnt provide a contact telephone number then the online chats and responses need to be both in real time .Automated bott responses and ill will be back to you in maybe 2or 4 hours does not cut it in the new online market place.You can have excellent product but it means little if not supported by excellent service .3star”
