“Coffee pods are top quality 5 stars, but I got a bag of coffee which came ripped at the top. I contacted Podstar but instead of sending me a new full bag of coffee they sent me a empty coffee bag unsealed on the top, so I couldn't even use it?”

“I have been using Podstar pods for about 5 years and have found them to be really good although like all re usable pods takes a while to determine how much to fill the pods to get them to flow well. It would be handy to provide a tutorial on how much to fill pods for best results. I find filling to about 1 cm from top works well.”
