“This product doesn't climb walls even though it is called a wall climber. It gets stuck in the corners and the purchase is a fail. When I contacted Pool Shop they replied with a phone number to call Kreepy Krauly and discuss with them. We did want to return the product and purchase a different product that we know will do the job. Very angry with the after sales department. They have our money and don't care.”
