“Unfortunately the product was very old (Date of manufacture six (6) years ago) and out of date by 12 months. I have sent an email to 'Pool Shop Australia' as I had hoped to resolve this privately, however unfortunately I still haven't received a response from them until they sent me this invitation to review. Hoping they'll see my email soon (sent about a week ago). I know it's a busy time of year :)”
