“This unit is quiet and rarely sucks air, but I cannot recommend it. Within 2 months of purchase, a soft plastic part had split. On replacing it, I was advised by my the pool shop guy to get used to replacing this part (it cost $40). He was right, another one was needed 2 months later and then another in 5 weeks. By this stage, a hard plastic part in the mouth had broken into pieces and a floatation device had come adrift from the unit. On emailing the supplier: poolshop.com.au, all I got was crickets. Have now replaced the unit with a similarly priced Onga Hammerhead.”
