“Being born in Cheltenham I thought this book would be interesting and it is. Reminds me how good Museum services used to be in Cheltenham. There was a collection of regency dresses, fans, shoes and jewellery on show upstairs in Pump Rooms. Sadly no one sees any of these costumes anymore.”
