“These kettlebells are quality made. Easy to adjust, the pins are tight and the weights do not clang when lifting and swing them. They are not quite as comfortable on your arms and shoulders as the rounds one just because these have edges but with some practice you learn how to adjust your movements to help a bit. But for the convenience of having 3 kettlebell weights in one it’s hard to beat.”
“Being used to the round shape, I was really intrigued about the trapezoidal configuration. I had read one review that said that the bell fits nicer along the arm and I have to agree. The handle is also a little more narrow in terms of the actual diameter of the handle which was great for me as I have small hands.
I also love how the pin feels solidly in place when you're moving up or down in the internal weight: there's no fear of something falling out and potentially hitting you in the head.”
