“These kettlebells are quality made. Easy to adjust, the pins are tight and the weights do not clang when lifting and swing them. They are not quite as comfortable on your arms and shoulders as the rounds one just because these have edges but with some practice you learn how to adjust your movements to help a bit. But for the convenience of having 3 kettlebell weights in one it’s hard to beat.”
