“The straight bar could have came with directions. It came with a QR code to see a whole list of power block products, but then you have to find the product you bought and download a PDF. I shouldn't have to download files to get simple instructions.”
“Very well made piece- still trying it out. Gives ability to do more weight than mostly every other short straight fixed bar. It is just a little awkward to change the weights and do certain exercise as there isn’t a stand so you almost always have to pick this up from the floor and figure out a starting position for exercises”
