“The knurling is amazing, it's a bit snug when reaching hand into the dumbbell to grab the handle though. The are very compact, maybe the most compact adjustable dumbbell out there? The flat bottom is great for resting on your thigh for chest press. The only thing I don't like is they rattle when doing faster movements.”
“Received my order of 90lb powerblocks about two weeks ago and have been using them quite a bit for varied exercises. I really love the speed and ease of the adjustments. Not only are the weight changes quick, but the closeness of increments is really nice. Down the road it will be nice to be able to go up by 2.5 lbs when I’m reaching my ceiling for an exercise but still looking to progress. The weights feel solid in my hands during the movements and the knurled handle locks my hand in really nicely.
