Selector Pins Personal / Personal Plus Reviews

3.9 Rating 10 Reviews
Received pins that weren't functional as received. Customer service told me a modification they were supposed to do wasn't done. Gave me a video to do it myself. The video was only half the job as it didn't show attaching the pins back to the blocks. I was very disappointed that they didn't just offer to send me a modified pin rather than give me a video to do their job. I told them so and only then did send a modified pin. Poor customer service.

Excellent replacement selector pins at a very fair price. I was able to replace the pins on a very old Powerblock set and now they are like new! It's very nice that they stock old parts.

The image in the above on this review shpws the wrong selector pins for The Block Personal. Please update to avoid confusion - The Pins for the Block Personal have one elastic string coming out of the middle, not on each side as the incorrect image shows. Thanks!

I needed a part for my 30 year old “The Block” set of dumbbells. I called customer service expecting the worst since my equipment was so old and not sold anymore. To my surprise the agent on the phone new exactly what I needed and we put the order together and I received two replacement parts for my dumbbells. Received them promptly at a very reasonable price and could not be more pleased with my decision to purchase the set 30 years ago.

The replacement pins fit, however the double tethers are confusing, not sure how to attach to the center tie in area so the pin stays connected to the first selection and then remains connected to the rest of the power block. There weren’t any directions to show how to install the double tethers.
